Incoterms

We usually request FCA incoterms to the closest international airport to your premises.  This requires you to deliver the goods, cleared for export, to our first carrier.
You will only be asked to provide carriage within your own country of operation to a forwarder.

Export Documentation

Before you make delivery we require that you provide the following:
  • A copy of your invoice (pdf/scan), with any relevant FTA notices or statements which we have requested
  • Packing list
  • Weight and dimensions of packages

This is necessary for the forwarder to book airfreight space.

Payment Terms

Celocom operates on Net 30 payment terms with most suppliers.

Celocom - Approved Exporter

As an approved exporter we have the knowledge and capability to have your products approved for preferential status, allowing easier and cheaper export.

FTA (Free Trade Agreement) Compliance

In the case of import/export with certain countries there are free-trade agreements in place which can reduce the purchasing costs for the customer - making your products more competitive.

In order to benefit from this we may ask you to provide proof of origin by means of:

  • Signed invoice declarations
  • Declaration letters
  • Long-term supplier's declarations

We can assist you with this if you are unfamiliar with the process.

Export Controls

For certain goods there may be requirements for export licences, end-user statements, LoCs, and/or CoCs.  We will work efficiently with all parties to ensure that we all conform to our legal obligations.
